Where can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse or you can Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do it for you. You can expect a prompt response from us within a day with your updated shipping status.

How much am I paying for Shipping?
Nothing at all! Shipping is free and the price you see on the website is the price you pay (inclusive of taxes and shipping). Unless mentioned otherwise.

We ship all over India.
Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can email us at email@example.com to initiate a return transaction.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment for the original amount paid.
Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the product, provided it is in unused condition with original tags and protective hygiene covering intact.
COD fees is non-refundable in case of Returns.
You can cancel your order by mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, if the product has already been shipped then we will require you to reimburse us for the shipping cost.
If payment is made via online mode, you will receive a refund within 3 days of placing a cancellation request in case product has not already been shipped.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We entertain exchanges if you are unhappy with the size as long as the new size required is available in stock. Exchanges are valid only if a request is raised within 7 days of order being delivered to you. If you wish to exchange your product, please send us an email at email@example.com.
Currently, we accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, wallet, and Net banking. Our payment partner is Paytm. We also accept cash on delivery as a payment option. COD is chargeable at Rs.100/- for orders within Mumbai and Rs.150/- for orders outside of Mumbai. COD fees is non-refundable in case of Returns.
